Here is what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast:
Slimfast shake
Lite String cheese
Lunch:
Banana
Lean turkey lunchmeat
2 slices fiber bread
Dinner:
Baked tilapia w/ salt, pepper, and a bit of margarine
2 shrimp with garlic (I found that I actually like shrimp alright)
frozen mixed vegetables
Dried fruit leather as dessert
Snack:
Dry mini wheats
cheese
apple
Bagel w/ cream
